1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the use of the consultancy services offered by Career Destination Denmark, hereinafter referred to as “the Company,” through its webshop.
1.2 By accessing or using our webshop, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Consultancy Services
2.1 The Company offers consultancy services in Denmark, providing expert advice, guidance, and support in career consulting related to starting your career in Denmark. Career destination Denmark gives no job guarantee and is not responsable for the success of the customers job search.
2.2 The consultancy services may be purchased through the Company’s webshop by completing the order and payment process.
3. Orders and Payment
3.1 All orders placed through the webshop are subject to availability and acceptance by the Company.
3.2 Prices for consultancy services are as displayed on the webshop and are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) unless otherwise stated.
3.3 Payment must be made in advance through the payment options available on the webshop.
4. Delivery of Services
4.1 Upon successful payment, the Company will contact you for an appointment for the consultancy services.
4.2 The Company will make reasonable efforts to meet any agreed deadlines, but no guarantee is provided, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
5.1 Cancellations must be requested in writing (email or through the webshop) at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultancy service.
5.2 Refunds will be issued for cancellations made within the specified timeframe, minus any applicable transaction fees.
6. Confidentiality
6.1 The Company agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without the client’s written consent.
6.2 The client agrees to provide necessary information for the consultancy services and acknowledges that the Company may use anonymized and aggregated data for statistical purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights and trademarks, in the consultancy services and related materials are owned by the Company.
7.2 The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the consultancy services and related materials for their internal purposes only.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the consultancy services.
8.2 The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, warranty, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the consultancy services.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
9.2 Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
10.1 The Company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the webshop.
10.2 It is the responsibility of the client to review these terms and conditions regularly.
